Q: How long until project completion?

Projects require 4-6 weeks for completion and shipment. Everything is custom made, and made to order. 

Q: Can I do a rushed order? 

Rushed orders will need to be discussed via email/custom form submission. The customer will be required to pay a premium to have it produced and shipped to them faster. 

Q: What materials are used? 

We source our yarns from suppliers in China and New Zealand and use Acrylic and Wool. 

Q: How do you base pricing? 

Prices are based on size/weight and complexity of the design sent. Size chart can be found below. 

Q: How do I clean my rug?
Rugs will take a light carpet vacuum and a spot clean with detergent and water. Abrasive cleaning will ruin the integrity of the rug. Rugs may also be dry cleaned. 

Q: What’s the smallest sized rug you can do? 

Depends on the complexity of the design sent. Two color simple rugs can be done as small as 20 inches. 

Q: Do you offer returns? 

Because everything is custom made and made to order we do not accept any returns and all products are final sale. If there are any custom service issues please do not hesitate to reach us at gsscustomsinfo@gmail.com

Q: These rugs are a little out of my price range. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we do! We have partnered up with third party software Sezzle, which allows customers to make payments in bi-weekly installments.
